Regarded as the pinnacle of the Saperavi variety, this wine hails from the Mukuzani micro-zone, acclaimed for producing the most exceptional and distinctive Saperavi grapes. Meticulously hand-harvested from vineyards within the Mukuzani appellation, it offers a richly concentrated profile featuring vibrant red and black fruit core. Its complex character is marked by pronounced tannins and nuanced notes of sweet earth, blackberries, black gooseberries, smoke, and subtle mineral undertones, complemented by dark chocolate, tobacco, and leather layers leading to an enduring finish. Matured for 15 months in oak, this wine possesses remarkable aging potential and pairs beautifully with a char-grilled rump steak.
