We continue to utilize our third party logistics companies in fulfilling our orders who have implemented a number of new practices to minimize the risk of infection. Rest assured that your orders are still being processed and delivered as per conditions outlined below and our business is here to serve you. We are proud to be providing our products and support all over Australia and we will continue to do our best to serve your communities during this difficult time. Please follow the government advise and keep safe.   

Orders will normally be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm, otherwise  next working day following the receipt of your order. There is no minimum to buy. Tamada currently uses Fastway/Aramex couriers as default option. Delivery fees are calculated according to postcode using schedule of fees provided by our courier company. There is Australia Post rates displayed below Fastway/Aramex rates and are also available. If you wish your dleivery to be via Australia Post please choose the option not marked as Fastway/Aramex.
If you have not received your order you must notify us within 7 days of estimated delivery time outlined below. If we do not receive a notification of lost/undelivered parcel from the customer within >20 days < of shipping your order, we do not hold any responsibility for your order being lost because our insurance will no longer cover your order and we will not refund any part of your order or provide a replacement.

Sydney Metro

Next day FREE delivery on all orders over $150, otherwise $10. You can also come and collect your order from our warehouse. Same day delivery orders must be over $150 and will incur $25 delivery charge. Orders over $450 can be delivered free of charge across Sydney same day upon request. We cannot guarantee same day delivery unless it’s within 15km of our warehouse. Orders placed after 12 pm AEST will be dispatched on the following day. We will always try to accommodate your needs so if you need a special delivery outside those times on a short notice please call us and we will do our best to accommodate. We can also arrange weekend appointments, so please call us.
