This core value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to utilize our third party logistics companies in fulfilling our orders who have implemented a number of new practices to minimize the risk of infection. Rest assured that your orders are still being processed and delivered as per conditions outlined below and our business is here to serve you. COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact. We do not guarantee any delivery time frame as its outside of our control.
Orders will normally be dispatched same day if ordered before 10.30am, otherwise next working day following the receipt of your order. Australia Post or alternative to Aramex service for delivery may require an extra 1-3 days for packing and handling. We may also experience delays in dispatching your order during a sale event or prior to public holidays.
There is no minimum to buy. Tamada currently uses Aramex couriers as default option but you can choose other courier services you would like. Delivery fees are calculated according to postcode using schedule of fees provided by our courier company. There is Australia Post rates displayed below Fastway/Aramex rates and are also available. If you wish your delivery to be via Australia Post please choose the option not marked as Fastway/Aramex.
FREE delivery on orders over $150, otherwise $10 excluding Caviar. Caviar orders will always incur a $25 charge in addition to our normal rates and will be delivered directly to customer where possible. You can also come and collect your order from our warehouse for free. Same day delivery orders must be over $150 and will incur $25 delivery charge, you must call us at the time of placing your order to notify. (Excluding public holidays and weekends) Orders over $450 can be delivered free of charge across Sydney same day upon request. We cannot guarantee same day delivery unless it’s within 15km of our warehouse. Orders placed after 12 pm AEST will be dispatched on the following day. We will always try to accommodate your needs so if you need a special delivery outside those times on a short notice please call us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. We can also arrange weekend appointments on demand.
