Bold, silky and textured Georgian red, fermented and aged in traditional Qvevri clay vessels. It shows a deep ruby hue with complex aromas of blackberry, cherry, mocha and spice. On the palate, expect juicy tannins, balanced acidity, and rich dark fruit flavours framed within a dense and lingering finish. A classic and expressive Saperavi, it pairs beautifully with steak, lamb or burgers, and has terrific cellaring potential.
