I bought the Utskho Suneli spice because it was an ingredient in a delicious recipe of Alice Zaslavsky for Georgian red lentil, carrot and sweet potato soup. The well packaged spice arrived swiftly, thank you. It gave a highlight flavour to the soup. I look to trying it in other dishes.
