Saperavi Biodynamic Viticulture 2018 comes from the 2ha+ biodynamic plot in Tsinandali Estate that is both a bit lower and closer to the windy Kisiskhevi canyon. The harvest was extremely small (1233 bottles + 50 magnums), all handpicked and inspected, no oak was used, varietal fruits of Saperavi are untouched making it a quintessential Qvevri Saperavi of Kakheti.
