About the Wine
Tsinandali Estate Anna 2021 is an elegant semi-sweet Georgian red wine crafted from two celebrated indigenous Georgian grape varieties Saperavi and Aleksandrouli.
Named after Anna Bagrationi-Chavchavadze, a renowned philanthropist and gracious hostess of the historic Tsinandali Estate, this wine combines Georgian winemaking heritage with a rich, beautifully balanced style.
Made from carefully selected, fully ripened grapes, Anna is fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Fermentation is stopped at the desired level of natural sweetness, helping preserve the wine's vibrant fruit character, freshness and smooth texture.
Tasting Notes
Deep cherry in colour, Anna offers expressive aromas of ripe blackberry, strawberry, cherry and red berries. The palate is rich and juicy with ripe berry and subtle jammy notes, complemented by refreshing acidity and balanced tannins.
The result is a smooth, velvety and beautifully harmonious semi-sweet red with a lingering fruit-driven finish.
Food Pairing
A wonderful wine to enjoy on its own or paired with soft cheeses, fresh fruit, berry-based desserts, chocolate desserts and other lightly sweet dishes.
Sommelier's Note
An excellent choice for lovers of fruit-forward Georgian semi-sweet reds. Anna combines the dark-fruit intensity of Saperavi with the aromatic elegance of Aleksandrouli, delivering a rich yet balanced wine with freshness, gentle sweetness and a smooth finish.
