My concern was that 7 years of age may be too long for a white wine. I decided to give it a try anyway. No regrets. Beautiful fruity taste, one bottle is not enough. If it wasn't for the old barrel smell, it would have been six stars. Fortunately, the unpleasant old wood smell evaporates after a short time in the glass. Therefore, if you want to fully enjoy the best Georgia has to offer, decanting is a must.
This is our favourite of the Georgian wines. We came across it on a trip to Georgia a couple of years ago and am happy to be able to buy it through Tamada..who give excellent service
