Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with dark garnet hues.
Aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherry, plum, and gentle vanilla unfold into layers of spice, oak, and soft earthy notes. Full-bodied and velvety, with polished tannins and a long, smooth finish.
Winemaking
Aged in oak barrels to enhance complexity, structure, and elegance. The careful maturation process softens the bold character of Saperavi while preserving its rich fruit intensity.
