This award winning dry red wine is crafted from carefully handpicked Saperavi grapes sourced from vineyards in the Gurjaani district of the Kakheti Region. Renowned for its resilience to harsh cold, Saperavi yields richly colored wines with excellent aging potential. The wine matures in oak barrels for 10-12 months, developing a layered profile of oak, tannins, fruit, and vanilla notes. Lightly filtered, it reveals a full-bodied, velvety texture. Exhibiting a deep garnet hue, its aroma features prominent berry scents supported by fruity undertones. The palate offers a persistent finish with flavors of crushed sour cherries, ripe fruits, subtle smoky hints, and balanced oak. Ideal for pairing with pork ribs, curry-spiced dishes, and assorted meat salads.
