Ojaleshi should be red, sweet and dark ( full bodied ). Ojaleshi from Tbilvino that Tamada sells is not full bodied. It is good sweet wine but it is somewhat at light side, like rosy wine. I think more right Ojaleshi can come from Marani wineries but Marani sometimes make it dry so you should check it.

In ideal case Ojaleshi should be 8.5% alcohol and dark red. Tbilvino Ojaleshi is 10% and rosy.

Tamada also provided me with home made churchkhela that was actually very good.
