This is one of the most delicious treats I have ever tasted. What genius of yore in the Caucasuses invented this?? Light on the 'toffee'-like glaze and more textury (not quite crunchy) & walnutty--as I like such things. Perfect with tea and such. Make sure you eat your own small to moderate portion with a responsible adult present, or you will only have yourself to blame...
