I bought this spice randomly, just to try. It has an absolutely amazing fragrance. My husband owned a seafood business and takeaway at Hervey Bay's waterfront and managed a few cafes before. He loves cooking. He is so fond of this seasoning that he used several containers of it in 6 months. I just bought 4 packets of blue fenugreek from your shop, but all spices sold here are mixed just right, to perfection. First time cooking Chakapuli Lamb. Good quality Tkemali sauce and fresh Tarragon are essential. Very happy with the quality of the product
