I bought this spice randomly, just to try. It has an absolutely amazing fragrance. My husband owned a seafood business and takeaway at Hervey Bay's waterfront and managed a few cafes before. He loves cooking. He is so fond of this seasoning that he used several containers of it in 6 months. I just bought 4 packets of blue fenugreek from your shop, but all spices sold here are mixed just right, to perfection.
